6493 Deere Road, Dewitt, NY Brokerage Deal Completed

A five year renewal lease (plus 1 optional year) took effect January, 2015 for Superior Plus Construction Products Corporation (SPCPC) in an agreement with its landlord – B&B Family Limited Partnership. 

A triple-net lease totaling  nearly $600,000 was negotiated by Bart Feinberg - Director of Brokerage Services, and Dick Robb – Salesperson on behalf of Sutton Real Estate Co. for 22,000 square feet of wood processing, fabrication and warehouse space.
