Bart Feinberg & Kristen Nave Fehlman brokered the sale of 1035 7th North Street, a 24,000 SF professional office building located in Liverpool, NY .  It sold for $1-million.  

Bart Feinberg and Joe Lewis have sold 124 Burnet Ave, a 40,000 square feet multi-story building, for redevelopment into apartments. Sold for $575,000.

200 Highbridge Street, Fayetteville, NY sold for $290,000.  Deal was brokered by Bart Feinberg, the seller was Garam Holdings LLC and the buyer was FT America Inc.

Sutton Real Estate Company has sold both properties, totalling a sale of $1.525 million.

Sutton Real Estate Company has sold 423 Euclid Ave & 826-8 Ackerman Ave, Syracuse, NY.  There are a total of 23 beds and is student housing for Syracuse University.  The sale totaled $1.45 million. 

Bart Feinberg has sold the 84,000 SF industrial building.  Sold for $2.8 Million.

John Thomasmeyer has leased the 10,000 SF Warehouse.

A five year renewal lease (plus 1 optional year) took effect January, 2015 for Superior Plus Construction Products Corporation (SPCPC) in an agreement with its landlord – B&B Family Limited Partnership.

Bart Feinberg represented Vera House in the sale of 723 James Street, a 14,800 SF office building, for its headquarters.  The building sold for $625,000.

Bart Feinberg has sold 731 James Street, a 40,000 SF building, to Hometown Communities, LLC.  Sold for $850,000.

Kristen Nave Fehlman reprsented the buyer of 8255 Willett Parkway, a 43,590 SF warehouse in Baldwinsville, NY.  It sold for $825,000.

Kristen Nave Fehlman represented the buyer of 5 buildings at Centre 31, an office/retail complex in Cicero, NY.  It sold for $1.875 million. 

Sutton Real Estate Company has sold College Suites in Cortland, NY for $7.3 million.

Bart Feinberg has leased 2,146 SF to Armory 5; leased for 7 years.
