Sutton Real Estate Company inaugurated its history of real estate development in the mid-1970's with completion of construction and leasing of the first hospital-based medical office building in the Syracuse area. An integral part of this development was the establishment of the first dedicated one-day outpatient surgery center in the Northeast.
Since that time, Sutton has pioneered many innovative projects, primarily involving development of medical facilities and commercial residential property. These have included privately owned one-day surgery centers, primary care clinics, medical office buildings, adaptive reuse projects and market rate and affordable apartment communities.
Senior staff has proven experience in the development of a wide range of projects, start-up operations, turnaround and redevelopment, marketing, and day-to-day management.
