550 East Genesee Street, also part of the Presidential Plaza complex is a 21,000 square foot professional building located at the intersection of East Genesee and South Townsend Streets. The building is to home the SUNY Department of Emergency Medicine's Poison Control Hotline Call Center and the Emergency Medical Technician Training Center.
